    My guess is the same entity doing the accumulating is the same one which I'm thinking will aim for a hostile take over. They don't want to pay too high for the T/O so they we're buying and selling throughout the day and thus manipulating the share price to close slightly lower. This is all my speculative opinion only. News is imminent as something is definitely brewing. DYOR
