    The voluntary suspension learly stated that "an announcement is ....... expected to be made before the opening of trading on Thursday, 5 April 2018

    Expected is the key word here folks.

    Given it takes time to draft announcements and ensure they are accurate it will need to be reviewed by many sets of eyes - some of whom may be in transit/unavailable etc
