The 6 sell orders of 20 Million AVZO @ 7 cents looks highly likely to be Micheal Langford's holding.
So assuming that is him then either:

(1) He doesn't think the share price will go past 10 cents by 24th May 2019.

(2) He thinks another Capital Raising at a lower price is imminent.

(3) He is playing games to try and keep the share price around current levels so either he or "business Colleges" can accumulate more shares at below 10 cents.
