The Ministry jointly researched and formulated the “Implementation Plan for Promoting the Recycling of Key Consumer Goods and Unblocking Resources (2019-2020)”.
- According to the "Proposal", all localities may not impose restrictions or purchases on new energy vehicles, and those that have already been implemented shall be cancelled .

Also, lithium is Likely to be more strategic important to China due to its high import dependence and trade war.
