IMO, CATL has every intention of sourcing it’s Li from Manono (and this has been it’s plan for the last two years).
The only questions for me are,
1. Do they this through OTs, JV or TO?
2. What is the final box that needs to be ticked for them to fully and openly commit? (I suspect it is the Met results)
Just have to be patient. CATL are coming IMO.
