In my opinion, takeover isn't as simple as buying out the company and moving on to mine. We should remember that avz is 60% ownership only, and the relationships with govt (30%) and dathomir (10%) is a significant risk for any bidder. The current established relationships between avz and remaining stakeholders is something invaluable in terms of risk management.
