    Management given a good account of moving to production and what they should've been fast tracking before and it always a bargaining tool when dealing with potential TO suiters. They cant openly talk about TO offers/negotiations when they are probably dealing with off take / strategic investor/JVs. But I bet my bottom dollar Management first option is a TO if it can get the terms.
