    Yep Mgt could step in anytime and stop this fall in SP. Restore some confidence to the market by:
    1) Buying on Market - When was the last time Mgt bought directly
    2) Announce the new Chair. Its been over 4 weeks since they mentioned that it was down to the final 2 x candidates. It doesn't take that long.
