I know what I read. You're the one with issues, throwing insults at me. You also make a lot of assumptions that simply are not true.

If he is telling you not to repeat anything then I suggest he is stepping out of legality in being a director of a public company talking to a SH confidentially about that company. Other SHs should have rights to the same information. In other words if he is telling you that you can't tell others, I would say he should tread very carefully going forward! IMO.
