There's NOT much things that Huayou can do as they don't have available funds to support unless they reach substantial agreement/joint venture with other Chinese conglomerates. Their share price has dropped more than 80% from the peak(similar to AVZ) since March, last year. Their MC is only 23B rmb.

About the chairman that we have kept waiting and talking about, there were suitable candidates emerged; but I have to tell all holders that we'll wait for monthssss as NO capable and suitable mining experts would love to work with our MD as he is so incapable, ego, crazy and ....................! The last Capital raising is indeed a huge laughing matter among mining industry. I feel embarrassing of telling my friends that I owe AVZ shares.

NF and some directors concerns nothing except the grabbing of performance rights which is costless and effortless for them. Shame on them.
