Gives them 2-3 years to sort out in the interim whether a hydroxide plant or expansion is more feasible.
Both options would presumably have more favourable/upgraded infrastructure to suit.
IMO I still feel the hydroxide plant would be the 2025+ option. Supporting 2 plants a north and south 5mtpa each (or there abouts). Can have options for supplying both products, without relying on heavy tonnes via haulage.
