I'd just like to add into this discussion about Huayou manipulation.

I think it's evident from the previous un-required announcement from AVZ regarding Huayou increasing their holdings that the AVZ team would be able to monitor and track their registers and work out to some extent if Huayou's mucking with the price. It'd be rather bizarre for them to formalise a cooperative relationship if they're manipulating the price.

When it comes to conspiracy i usually subscribe to the rule of Occam's razor...

I honestly wouldn't read anything more into the announcement other than; the relationship is back/on amicable terms and will work collaboratively to bring the project into production leveraging off each other's expertise. This may be a reaction from AVZ to the constant criticism they have faced regarding what the relationship with Huayou is. Now they've outlined it, through formal announcement. tick

Personally i don't like seeing the work binding unless there's $$$ and favorable conditions attached.
