    I respect your opinion and appreciate a constructive debate. My point, in essence, is that applying Common Law attitudes when dealing with Civil Law partners can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. That was a key take away from FrankMe's contribution. I believe it can be a mistake to apply Australian logic to some of these dealings.
