    I probably shouldn't have quoted you in my initial
    response as I was kind of responding more back to the thread around MoU's being binding. (which I don't think they are)

    in regards to all your other points I do agree that levels of sensitivity and aptness need to be executed between cultures.

    I think were on the same page, just discussing 2 slightly different topics.
