NO, There’re too many world's best mining deposits in DRC.
Chinese large companies (state owned, 14 Chinese listed companies and private companies), Glencore, Ivanhoe and other companies will definitely continue operating in DRC, for what? Obviously investing for Profit, high risk exhanging for high profit where more hard to make profit in other more stable jurisdictions.
EV sales are likely to accelerate next year as these announced billion dollar projects are gradually coming on line over next few years.
You either can buy/invest a Strategic and profitabile deposit at early stage for a bargain or later on for a multiple price.
All imo.
