Had a look at a project down the road (188km away), Lubumbashi .
Kinsevere copper currently producing profitably by MMG so a handy source of info.
For 2018 Kinsevere shipped 79,873 tonnes of copper cathode.
Total costs for freight were $38,000,000.
Equates to $475 per tonne of copper cathode in transport.
Doesn't leave a lot of margin for spod, so looking forward to see the DFS when it comes out.
Nice to compare that cost for transport and ocean freight to a local spod producer: Aud $71 per tonne
Is there a chance the Manano project could be deemed uneconomic?
