AVZ is not mineable for Australian company due to the size,location etc, but it's definitely mineable for Chinese company., maybe LTR is mineable but Chinese company will not have enough interest to buy.
big Chinese mining companies are starting to moving out from Australian to some other countries due to ridiculous rates and political policies in Australia.
many big Chinese companies are operating in DRC since many years ago and they are making very good profit there and still investing more there.
