Apologies, you can buy electricity of the grid but it is more expensive than getting your own gas/energy source and putting it into your own power station. My understanding with both the Albermale and Tinaqi hydroxide proposals at Kemeron and Kwinana respectively is they will be buying their own gas down the Dampier to Bunbury pipeline and putting it into their own dedicated onsite power stations for the hydroxide facilities. That is what I meant.
