Yes, was told that removing the flotation process reduces CAPEX in the order of $30 - 35m.

So suggest that we'd be looking at a total CAPEX of ~$110 - 125m (inc. contingencies) for a simple 2mtpa DMS operation.

However, further Met Test work is to provide a better understanding of the CAPEX and OPEX 'cost vs reward' scenarios for BOTH options (was told that both DMS and flotation circuits are being evaluated as part of the Met Tests), and management can then decide which is the better way to go initially.
