No probs longtak . It is frustrating for longs I know . I have yet to see evidence that NF isn’t striving for the best long term outcome for us all and that he has only had to take damaging decisions to keep us in a race that has many hurdles for a small startup in DRC surrounded by a lot of enormously powerful forces .

I believe that he is actually doing a very good job as he has turned the organisation into a viable, independent team that is capable and motivated to take avz to mine. The very act that will unleash our true value which I believe is well beyond the 37c of KE era.

I am nuts deep invested here so if anyone has solid evidence that NF is off track in this long term objective then I’d like to see it.

Re his salary and benefits - I’d want at least the same to stay on and turn this all around in the face of all the huge challenges .
