I think he has done his job, but has he done it well mmmm, and I'd say that is due to inexperience. I also dare say some arrogance as well.

However he has experience in the DRC so he should know how long things take. He would have known how long it takes to drill x number of holes to x metres. He would know how long it would take to get rigs in. He would of known how long to do Met tests. He would know how long to plan a mine. Now you think he would be able to forecast the mine start time to within a year surely.

He has stuck it out yes and he has been paid pretty good to meet his job expectations especially in 'performance' shares.

Now what have the share holders been rewarded with? That one main area the wheels have come off the wagon. I just hope he can pull something out of his hat that will reward the shareholders, the ones who are funding all this. Speaking of which it would be nice to see NF out lay more than $80k to purchase some more shares.
