    Not just a director of Okapi - Managing Director - the same job he has at AVZ and being paid about the same $250k+ vs $300k. This is employee share. A bit unusual, I would have thought. Definitely doesn't inspire confidence. When was this ratified? BOD sign off on this? If so please enlighten me. These are pay rates that most Australians only dream about. Sorry...working Australians...
