1% of market cap for compensation is pretty bloody good.
CBA MD should be on 260M by same economics.
Being a little facetious as compensation isn't linear but it's still far too high IMO.
Would rather portion of that salary to be used to buy share on market. Given the amount he's award himself for free. I'd like 400k worth bought on market per year.
