I'd start dusting off the offensive play book if I was you. These muppets have had beyond ample time to get their house in order. IMO their primary goal is to keep their snout in the trough as long as possible.

One could argue that with multiple directorships and executive positions these guys hold in other companies, at the very best AVZ has a part -time elderly workforce, Gees, some of these guys have "retired" before and been brought out of the nursing home to have one last dip into the corporate purse.

The company could do with a lot less grey hair and so much more youthful enthusiasm and vigour. Nigel and Rhett really do remind me of the old cranky muppets in the balcony....... contributing nothing, but always there when the bar is open....

VOTE these low rent muppets out at the AGM....If AVZ truly had independent directors none of these issues would have been allowed to fester for so long.
