    Great to see people are starting to wake up about NF. Hopefully this year will be his final year at the helm. Time to get a true leader in and get this world class mine into production.
    If however NF came to the AGM and said I am going to forgo my performance shares and feel the pain of the shareholders or changed all future performance shares to align to SP performance then he would have my full support. Time is ticking Nigel!
