I support NF, but free performance shares on relatively low milestones are not good.
To obtain performance shares, preferably performance options (say exercise price 5c), has to be in line with shareholder interest, to be set at certain conditions like financing, offtaking etc.
Share price based performance shares/options are not bad.

Upcoming AGM is giving us a good opportunity to send messages and/or take actions on management.
