    So you're going to use the Chinese as an excuse for 'imminent' funding dragging on since April 2018? Give me a break! Can't believe people defend this tragic management who have been loaded up with freebies. They participated in the SPP so those talks are not as imminent as it they'd have us believe. Certainly not since it has been 1.5 years of imminent... maybe Nigel doesn't understand the words meaning?
