I have been told a similar story, although i was not told of a CATL connection. I did hear that last year AVZ had been concerned enough to seek expert legal advice on defensive actions to to take in the event of a hostile TO. This was at a time when many were convinced AVZ would be like a deer in the headlights in such an event.

This, gave me a sense that our directors are more on the ball than many on here give them credit for. Either way, i believe we are soon to see what they are, or are not, capable of.
