VW will buy only spod from WA as all majors, including CATL , you guessed it, have already offtake agreements and large investment in and with WA miners, incl PLS, way ahead of the small investment by a subsidiary of CATL in AVZ, most likely used for the second tier Chinese cars, who compete on price only. This is all I could find:

Of course they get from here as the mines are operating!
I'm sure you'll say they'll get from LTR soon too. As soon as they dig through a football field or two of depth before they find a 25m vein..

I'm not sure why you use AJM and PLS in your arguements, not like they are flying!
