...To the extent that the ASX reviewed AVZs first response on Thursday night/Tuesday morning sufficiently to come to a quick determination that more information was needed, but it's taken [now nearly] 3 business days for either AVZ to respond and ASX to review/determine.

I suspect either a few back and forths or as initially stated and speculated by many, another announcement is pending.

The idea that something "is being pushed through" wouldn't be the first time it's happened by a company on the ASX, but take your point that it's not AVZs traditional behaviour (but nor is being suspended for Twitter posts from ML...hence a unique situation).

That's all from me for now until something new comes to the fore.
