First I heard that Singapore was a communist regime. Perhaps you could work out that China isn't actually Communist now but a Centrally planned business conglomerate with a compliant workforce and subsidiaries. It's organized like most US companies are, only difference being the healthcare plan and 401k (super) are structured differently. Oh, and they plan much better.
