    Someone mentioned that company cannot issue new share when company price sensitive announcement is being made, hence why even option conversion is on hold.

    If the news being released appreciate the SP very high , is company binded to issue the remaining share (remaining CR of 1.8m) on the same price or they can renegotiate or even cancel the remaining share issue to prevent dilution?
