Thanks for your post but Nigel's interview that you took an extract from also went on to say "Like to preserve as much as possible, shareholders interests at the moment so if we gear it a bit higher on the debt funding I am comfortable with that as I think the project can handle that".

His further comments only support the fact that Nigel is trying to preserve the shareholders interest and minimise dilution.

I sure hope so and I am wondering if there will be any funding options from Yibin as part of the offtake deal which hopefully comes straight after the placement.
