    What’s more, I suspect the company will want two things to happen before finalising finance. Firstly extra project percentage acquisition (while the SP is low) to bring it up to 70-75%. Secondly confirmation of the SEZ conditions and signed deal. After these two things my guess is full project debt funding and finally OT’s (which are then agreed on from a position of strength).
