what I saw in Vikings post is to negotiate from a position of strength.
That being said we are in negotiations for off take , which in my view will not be from that position of strength, but completely necessary for finance.
We want that finance from that one off take.
As construction commences , we can play a bit more hard ball.from that strength position.
We can go around in circles as we all do not know.
