Well said J , as i'm a man of few words, one who prefers to let my Memes do the Talking, one who also believes a Picture Paints a Thousand Words, so i couldn't help / forgive myself if i didn't re-post this pretty prophetic one again after reading your very insightful, well written post, especially the piece above.



Now i'm sure many of you have seen this Pic above before, some may have not, i think it sums up your post perfectly, as well as showing how most SH's / CEO's / Companies would like to see their "Plan" work out, but as i have seen / experienced first hand time after time, year after year, as i'm sure many here will attest, it just aint that straight forward, Never has, never will be imo, as there was always going to be "Speed Bumps" on the Road to Manono, Bridges to Build, Rough Seas to Sail, Mountains to Climb, Obstacles to Overcome, Forests, Valleys, Ports, Rivers, Rail, Roads, you name it, before we even got to this point in time, re: OT's, Funding etc, not to mention all the other things going on in this Big Wide Wacky Wuhan World atm.

Patience:
