G'day brains trust.

I know this exercise has probably already been done on the already. After seeing valuations per share thrown around I wanted to get a handle on the values for myself (something about being a smarter investor, DYOR, etc,etc). If I've calculated it right that's a pretty spicy meatball right there, no?

Thing's I've excluded, dilution, further increase of AVZ's stake, PE change or profit profile. If I've got the numbers and calc right, more than happy to repeat a sensitivity matrix on the other inputs.
