We are talking transporting ~350 k's by road to a railhead.
A little more than half from Kalgoorlie to Perth, followed by an established rail connection.
The shear size of the Manono site and the purity, justifies extending a spur line all the way to Manono.
Who pays for it?
Probably a group of people.
The DRC, AVZ and other groups who benefit from this unique resource.
Nothing a pallet of VB can't solve, I prefer Southwark by the way (it has more body).
