Running discussion on SP, page-31233

Before any financing will be finalized there is a need to make significant progress to the SEZ topic as investors need to understand conditions for their balance sheets as well as all 3 parties for this project are highly interested in what outcome will be afterwards for all.
As it seems to be just a small sign on the papers it Needs to done before also - mining license approval.
My prefered sequence as of today.
