To clarify, the two key criteria that need to be met for the tape to be made is involvement of BASF and SP reaching at least 25c.

As for the songs, it will depend on which players are involved from a JV/OT/finance/etc point of view. For example, no Japanese involvement, then goodbye “Turning Japanese”.

By the way, in case anyone is wondering why the 25c SP, I own 4 million shares and I want to mark the milestone of passing the $1m value mark. That said I expect it to keep going way beyond the 25c mark once things get rolling.
