okay do I watched battery day since 5am lol. and there were a few mentions on lithium
1) there is enough lithium in Nevada alone to electrify all cars in United States and we aren't even looking for lithium
-No mention of needing high grade lithium hydroxide

2) they will be using sodium chloride to extract the lithium from the soil + plonking the soil back into the ground (as to not create a big hole like most mining companies do)

in the flip side they did say that we need 100terra watts a year (shitload of batteries) to electrify global fleet.

i don't know what to feel at this stage. i am simply quoting what Elon said. Please have mercy on my soul. Amen
