    I'm not smart to know what Elon can or can't do but he has a good track record. Has anyone though of the contrarian viewpoint here - every other car manufacturer especially in Europe is now sheeting itself that Tesla will takeover and hence they will be scrambling to get as much lithium secured as possible and that a TO announcement is now more imminent due to Elon's statements? just a thought. GLTAH
