Go and have a look at VUL , they are proposing an untested tech for extracting Li from geothermal wells in the Rhine Valley, they have a long way to go imo but that hasn't stopped the SP going nuts, I don't hold that one but their recent presentation is interesting, also as I believe they are a part of this Euro energy alliance that AVZ has been tapped on the shoulder for as well....
