Africa discount is only valid to Oz investors not the Chinese.
Need to look at China and the importance of oil and gas imports and its shift to alternative energy.
Manono size and quality makes it a must own by China due to its policy shift in EV and less dependence on oil imports.
The extent of securing energy from China can be seen by its refusal to pay petro dollars to Russia and instead its own currency.
Take over IMO will occur but the question is at what price.
