Longer term I just wonder whether the area from Manano to Lubumbashi will be better served with rail given what is happening in rail developments around that area and mineral developments per se. This is just a thought that is a natural extension from my post of last night - if taken over by the Chinese will be interesting how they treat transport corridors in the areas. All IMO
