Had to yank article due to unauthorised dissemination.
But for those that don't have access to it basically said a company associated with Kabila's brother, had a go at AVZ in 2019 and lost it's legal battle for rights to the mine. They have no legs to stand on. Now they are looking to go after the Cominere at the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris.
Nothing will come of it.
