    Im sure everyone has seen LTR announcement this morning and their masssive 5 bill NPV for the mine and refinery. Whats everyones thoughts on them actually getting a hydroxide refinery into production?? As we have seen the big players are already having troubles in the current climate getting theirs up and running.
