not enough, where is the electricity coming from ?
if Australia went mostly EV, this would surely mean 3-5 times more electricity would need to be generated. Where is this coming from? Any dams being built? Any geothermal investments being undertaken that can supply this energy?
This in my mind means will come down to solar. Government coffers are empty, will they pick up the tab? Business has been smashed by covid, will it pick up the tab? Individuals and households are more often then not leveraged to the hilt or out of work, will they pick up the tab?
