I was a little confused with the wording for res13 and voted...

    I was a little confused with the wording for res13 and voted "for". By doing this I was voting for a spill of the board which if occured could impact negatively with potential financiers.
    I am happy with the make up of the board and dont really want it changed so I changed my vote to against.
