am genuinely concerned there will be cap raise to the tune of $30M AUD between now and Jan (to pay for the extra 15% of the project) as I cannot see offtake happening and even if it did and even if finance did happen, my view is that it would be conditional on a mining licence, meaning the funds eg “min $50M USD project finance” wouldn’t be GIVEN to AVZ until the mining licence is granted, meaning AVZ would not have funds for extra equity in the project in time

remember, the latest pit drilling assays - that are to go INTO the mining licence application - have not even been done!

this is why imo it is misleading to say that offtakes are imminent. Why would avz do offtakes now when:

(a) the mining licence imho is 3 months away; and
(b) the lithium price is near the lows

doesn’t make sense
